Share Your Expertise!

The ASMBS Foundation is working to create a cookbook made up of recipes from bariatric healthcare providers from around the country.

We are seeking a collective effort for this one of a kind cookbook, and are asking you to help us by submitting your favorite healthy/low-carb recipe to be published. In return, you or your practice/bariatric program, will be recognized in the cookbook. This is a great opportunity to showcase your expertise and receive recognition on a national level. The cookbook will also be a great tool to provide to your patients.

Registration for the ASMBS Foundation’s 2016 United We Step Challenge opens next week!

This year’s event is sure to have record breaking numbers with your support! Our goals this year are to take a collective total of 50 MILLION steps, and raise $20,000 to support obesity research and education.

There is no fee to participate, all you need is a pedometer, body-monitoring device, or a smart phone with a built in pedometer. We are also giving away some pretty cool prizes to our top teams and fundraisers. See the official rules to learn more.
